Here we go!
Hopefully the lack of quantity this week will in some part be made up by the inclusion of strawberries! It's my first year having enough strawberries to share, and I hope you are as excited as I am.
Since I don't use pesticides, please keep in mind that you may run across some leaves with some nibbles taken out of them -- and in some cases one of the nibblers may have hitched a ride. I do my best to provide you with undamaged produce, but in some cases it is simply unavoidable.
Please be sure to wash all your food before eating, and even if I have not provided a plastic bag, most of the items will benefit from being placed in a produce bag in the fridge. Also, to prolong the life of the greens, please dry them off a bit when you get home - setting up a drying station is on my to-do list, but it's rather far down the list right now.
In your share this week: lettuce mix, spinach, radish, strawberries, garlic scapes, mint, and kale for the greens folks.
